Clarice Light Industrial, a property fund managed by Prelios SGR, won the 2011 European Property Investment Awards promoted by IPD (Investment Property Databank), a leading independent analysis and performance assessment company in the real estate services sector.
Clarice is the winner for Italy in the category “specialized fund” with the highest return over the last three years* relative to the sector benchmark in our country.
Clarice – Light Industrial is a closed property investment fund reserved for primary institutional investors Italian and foreign, placed in December 2004. Its portfolio includes 70 buildings all leased for mainly light-industrial use.
With Clarice’s achievement, Prelios SGR wins this prestigious award for the second year in a row: last year, the “core” property fund Cloe won the award for the best return in the same category.
